Salomon was the Head of Startups & VC at Facebook France. Given his role, he saw companies spending 20% to 40% of VC money on growth. Origins wants to help that by bringing influential LP's and their social media influence to consumer startups.

Salomon has built very strong relationships with many of the top VCs in Europe and the US. Prior to Facebook, he was one the early employees of Marcus, the consumer & fintech arm of Goldman Sachs in New York.

Lara is an investor in the New York office where she focuses on consumer technology across social, fintech, gaming, web3, health, and more. Prior to joining Origins, Lara began her career at Mindshift Capital in Dubai, where she supported gender-lens investing across the Middle East and North America.

Most recently, she was an investor at Spacecadet, an early-stage generalist tech fund based in New York. Lara graduated from Sciences Po Paris, where she earned a degree in political science with a concentration in law.
